moderated French reply to message by email uses preface "Réf", not "Re," creating new topic #bug

Can we please add "Réf:" (French for Re:) to the list of reply indicators, it is breaking Topics up in one of my groups, one subject line today is "Réf. : Re: Réf. : Re: Réf. : Re: Réf. : Re: R��f. : Re: ".
