Calendar notices are being sent late at 6 pm on the first day of multi-day events #bug

Hi Guys,

I have a group calendar of multi-day events setup to notify members of my group of the hours of one of our local parks that we use.  We do this because the park hours change every few months and we use this park for our sporting activities.  The calendar is setup to sent out #cal-notice e-mails at the beginning of every new such event informing members of the new park hours.  The problem is that now the e-mail notices get sent out at 6 pm on the first day which is too late for the first day.

Previously, #cal-notices used to go out at 12 am, then it changed to 8 am, now it's happening at 6 pm.  Is there any place where this is configured?  Would it be possible to have all day #cal-notice e-mails go out at 8 am again like before?

My suggestion would be to provide an option to configure the time at which cal-notice e-mails are sent out for all day events.  I am aware that there are workarounds like adding separate reminders for the event but I am specifically referring to the automated #cal-notice e-mail that gets sent out.

Thanks!
Alak

#cal-notice emails should be sent out at the minute the event starts. I just checked the logs, and everything appears ok. Could it be that the event timezone is incorrect? If not, please send me the eventid off-list, and I'll investigate.

Thanks,
Mark
