I think Owners/Moderators need an additional tool to try to communicate with members stuck in NC status. While Premium and Enterprise groups can manualy confirm NC members this is a one by one tedious process.
Having a new Notice Type where you could explain the reason and at the same time include a confirmation link would make this process easier.
