moderated Send and Discard buttons too close together #suggestion

Hello, On the New Topic page and when composing a Reply, I've moved the `Discard` button to the right side of the page. Thanks, Mark

An "Are you sure?" gate protects against fat brains as well as fat fingers, which is a bigger problem for me than fat fingers. Best, Marv
