moderated Reverse DNS problem #bug

I see the errors in the logs and yet am unable to duplicate them. It seems transient. I've added some more DNS caching. Please let me know if that fixes it.

I tried this from multiple vantage points (Verizon, AWS, a large university, and mxtoolbox).
