Not sure what version of Avast you are using but Avast stopped supporting Windows XP in December 2018. The last version capable of running on XP is v18.8. https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=22063

Just looked at that group - it might be one that would want to join. At only 115 members and 153 messages it is way below what might be blocked for exceeding free gio limits. No indication in the post

For whatever reason my hosting (1&1 Ionos) smtp servers frequently end up on Spamhaus. When it happens I can use my ISP smtp servers in most cases but it is still an annoyance as it usually takes Spam
