One more observation. There are four buttons to control ordered and unordered lists. Were you using the style selection buttons (first row on the editing toolbar) or just the Indent / outdent buttons

Ths user did the triggering action (in this case, marking themselves as spam), and that is always the case in these log entries. The log entry always refers to the user's originating action.
