Yes I would, but it might be of limited utility. Only very rarely do we get "suspect" applications, and they never respond to the Pending Subscription mesage. The last time that I am aware of was back

At a glance, it appears that most of this is geared toward notifications which could be enabled or disabled by each person for the web/app. I think appending a hashtag would be cleaner than inserting
