I filter my incoming emails based on the sender, so I trap those messages and give them a Label in Gmail. It works for me. Personally, I do not much like #Hashtags. I find that I often ignore them, as

We reply with that if you have not sent a MAIL FROM: line first during the SMTP transaction. Generally that's a sign of a spammer. Could that be what you were doing? Thanks, Mark

Correcting the bug description: It turns out that the approval notice was not for the message whose attachments I deleted. It was for a different message. That message was by me, and I edited the mess
