What does NC (not confirmed) mean? How is it changed? I approved a new member this morning, but when he tried to send an email to the group, it bounced saying he wasn't confirmed yet. Thanks, Duane

Not Confirmed means that the person has not replied to the confirmation email we've sent them. Until they confirm their account, they won't receive any emails from the group and cannot send any email
