Turns out that the bug is not only not being able to add a reminder to an existing event but also you can't remove a reminder from an event either. Looks like the only way to workaround any desired ch

Hi Valancy, If you have a look at the Email Delivery History for those members who say they haven't received the poll message you will see the most recent successful, unsuccessful and bounced message.
