Need examples of bad search results
Here's my opinion of how it should work, which is not how it actually works. For example, search the Beta group for Tech Talk. First the search should act like there are quotes around it: "Tech Talk",

Control of sub-groups
I don't think we want to go down the path of "Allow adding users to a group without notifying the users that they have been added to a group," but you could make a custom welcome message for the main

Premium group badge?
A premium badge might call out groups with more dedicated owners, which could help it stand out in a search. At least you'll know the owner didn't go away and abandon it. JohnF

Updated Terms of Service
I'd like to echo that what's really needed here is the option for groups (maybe just Premium/Enterprise) to add their own terms of service, with the caveat that if the individual group terms conflict

Right now, the group owner could set something up with Patreon or PayPal or whatever, but I think it's an interesting idea to add something like that directly to Groups.io. $30/month might be too much

Do Admin Notices now get more "preview space"?
I also like this idea. I was going to mention that some groups like to pin topics to the top not because they have administrative information in them, but so that people can find them easily and post

Attachment space
May I suggest providing moderators a way to see a list of all attachments that can be sorted by size? That way, someone who doesn't want to just always delete the oldest attachment could go and delete

Can an e-mail user check their own subscription status via e-mail?

One argument against sucking in similar subject lines without a "Re:". On another site that did associate threads like this, in a family-only group, one person had the habit of using the subject line
