locked Header info for email integrations

The email integration feature is great!

My suggestion is to include basic header info from the message (like
From:, Date:, Subject:).

Right now it comes from "<Groupname> Integration" (what's that??), and
unless there's contact info in the signature or body, there's no indication of
where it came from.

locked Moderating calendar reminders

Could the calendar reminders have an optional moderation toggle, like the
integrations do?

Sometimes I have a repeating event, but one occurrence has been
cancelled or changed, and I have forgotten to update the event. Then the
reminder goes out with the wrong information, so I have to send out a
correction, and some people don't see the correction (or claim not to) and
there's a big mess.

If the reminder is moderated, I can see if it's got wrong info, and fix things
before they go out to the group.

Also, since I allow members to view and edit the calendar, I can approve
reminders before they go out.

Hello,
The logic seems to be different for everyone, I suppose. Some of us top post, some bottom post, some middle post. I post at the very top, and if needed, there is the original message, should anyone would like to refer back to it. Hope this helps.

Actually, I posted it logically at the bottom, right after the quote I was
referring to.

There are some systems which will hide everything after the first quote,
assuming that the reply is at the top of the message. I suspected that was
the case with Joseph.

Hi All,

I just pushed to the live site the ability to approve and reject
pending subscriptions via email. It works the same way that pending
message approval works.

Cheers,
Mark

Last I checked, message approval was working okay at Yahoo Groups,
but member approval was not.  Members had to be approved manually, at
the website.

Email commands really save me time, so I would like to see member
approval by email here also.

Hi Chris, I agree but then again it's always going to have some typos
work around to it you're at the signature email and password probably in
order to do this or is there a another way of going around in doing
something like this Mark, mailman allows something somewhere but you
have to have the password and then you have to put something in the
subject line witches kind of tedious I would just rather stick to using
the web it if we have to go through the tedious putting information in
the body of the email or the subject.
