p.s. Looking again at the list, I see this:
"Integrations: Up to 5"
but it is not clear what the difference is between that and what I have now. The feature is listed in green but there is no comment

This is a great feature but I would make one improvement. "Direct add" is highlighted in red as a feature that would not be enabled if I switched my group to basic. The rest are green and say "legacy

I've experienced bouncing as well. The link to the error messages say "550 No Such User Here". The latest was 10/12/20, 5:39pm. I click on the link to unbounce the account.

After a bunch of research, it appears that the DNS resolver on our main email server was failing under high load in a way that I was not aware of. Most of the time this was mitigated by us retrying

I see the errors in the logs and yet am unable to duplicate them. It seems transient. I've added some more DNS caching. Please let me know if that fixes it.

I'm definitely seeing an uptick of new groups being created.
Yes, if they have the privacy dashboard download from last year, I can import the messages (no support for importing files/photos/etc).

If you reject a pending member in a premium group, they go into the Past Members list. Yet if you click on them within the activity log entry about their rejection, you're taken to the (current)

Anyway she finally responded to the Bounce probe and it was almost two days after I sent the probe and it's finally disappeared so she's no longer pouncing some people
