Experienced users may know to email Support for bugs but the concept of emailing Support, in general, is a recognized way to ask for help and not specifically for reporting bugs.

i think any method that eliminates, or separates, unpaid groups from contributing feature requests is both inefficient and harmful to the desired end result. Are requests from paid groups
