Hide tables from members if they don't have permission to view them

if a member does not have permission to view a table, can it be excluded from the list of tables they see? Currently the table name is displayed but they can do nothing with it as it's not a

You could also create a restricted table with the maximum number of rows you want, and then members could fill in the data.

Actually you can by changing the permissions/properties of that table, i.e. who can add rows, edit rows, etc.

As a related issue, I wonder if a notice shouldn't also be sent to the member in the event

I recently had a file upload refused for wrong file type, got the error message that file was wrong and not uploaded.
Fine, I went with "plan B", But the notification that a file had been uploaded
