I didn't change any of that code. The only difference is that the URL would be .../wiki#28a29.... instead of .../wiki/Home#28a29.... I don't know where the 28a29 stuff came from, but it's in the wiki

Hi Sarah, I'm not trying to make this too obvious. But you could use the owners email address to let members report suspicious activity to you from other members if they need to be reported and sent

I think that is also a good idea. I won't want to accidentally report a member who really is a member and have it be a false positive. Would there be a way maybe for subscribers to report them to me

If such a tool is implemented, it shouldn't be restricted to those in Pending status. It's hard to know that someone's a spammer until they actually send some.
