Duane,
Such owners are misguided, I think. The member can always set a filter in their email system to discard the unwanted reminders. There's little or nothing gained by adding the extra complexity

I like this option best, as it fits with the use of hashtags elsewhere
(RSS integrations, for example). I could fix it up so that any
hashtags entered in the Event Name would be properly displayed

Polls
Is there an option to have a poll on the io groups? One of the groups I belonged to under Yahell had a monthly photo competition - so the poll option was needed for that.

Mark,
A member of my test group asked if there was a way to avoid receiving notifications from the plethora of recurring events I've set in that group. Without turning off regular message

Shal, you seem to have gone past the main subject and picked a couple details to chewed on until the flavor's all gone. I didn't say plain text was better for a group, and I do not and never have

Dano,
Even in typewriter class we learned conventions for adding emphasis;
such as underlining to represent what in typography would be italic.

Hi Jim,
Right now the code isn't smart enough to figure out that if an attachment of that type isn't referenced in a message that it should be removed. It's on the todo list to be able to delete

Duane,
Don't confuse the language with a user interface.
The language of HTML treats all sequences of whitespace (spaces, tabs, line breaks) as a single space. This is for convenience in (manual)

Good news - it arrived to me in ascii text with 2 spaces.
Otherwise, I understand and sympathize.
