Ginger -- If by "multiple times" you mean twice, that's unlikely to be a bug.
The notification sent to the entire group is triggered when the uploader ticks the corresponding checkbox in the upload

It probably should if it was a Select All, so there wouldn't be anything on the search results anyway. If only some of the members from the search results were removed, then it should return with the

Yes, they were actually removed, but still showed on the search results page. Could have easily been a timing glitch. I wouldn't object if the Remove action took me back to the full Members page,

I found when I tried to remove members it took two tries to get them off of the membership list.
The first time I selected them they remained on the list.
It wasn't until I did it the 2nd time that

Did you create the test group as a free premium group trial? That would explain it (I can't seem to duplicate it on my end).

I was experimenting with my specialists' database and
I exported it from my Premium group as a json
I imported it into an experimental free group
When it finally completed processing it showed a map

It applies regardless of the email service. It replaces the Message-Id header with a new one that we generate (we rename the original Message-Id header to X-Orig-Message-Id).
