Works for me and my new wiki. Old wikis with lots of pages and internal links would probably appreciate an option to search-replace title links with ID links.

I think each of us tends to look at our groups from our own groups’ perspective. Groups run the gamut from laissez faire which pretty much run themselves to strictly controlled and restrictive and

Not necessarily, IMHO. Flagging up too soon might well result in so many false positives that it risks swamping Groups.io with potentially innocent applicants.

I would use it and a tool that I could use help determine if it's a spammer before reporting to you. I have had many such attempts to join beginning with all those aol users, but that was more easily

I didn't change any of that code. The only difference is that the URL would be .../wiki#28a29.... instead of .../wiki/Home#28a29.... I don't know where the 28a29 stuff came from, but it's in the wiki
