Agreed. Also would be nice to add a description of the update to the (already existing) optional notification to members that the file has been updated.

change or add "updated" date for updated files
It might be helpful to see the date a file was updated, instead of or in addition to the original date it was uploaded (which is all that shows now in the display).

Re: Infinite Scroll on Databases
Actually, you can set your Items Per Page in your account to anything other than infinite scroll (20, 50, 100) and it shows that number. I'm not sure why I.S. has never worked in databases.

Since we list a lot of events each month, posting a message for each one could annoy the members. So, we mostly post a monthly summary, plus special announcements for late arrivals.

I've just started using Groups.io as a way to publicize acoustic guitar events in the SF Bay Area. While using the Calendar, I was sad not to find a way to search for (say) a venue or performer's

No, it's still not fixed. I tried it with 2 browsers and incognito windows. Same error message. I emailed Canny with no response

Re: Transfer GIO group to another GIO subgroup?
I agree, instead of defining this request as this big complex thing with lots of options of where to move files, just write an import program, and then with the export, we can move messages as we need

It sounds like you're doing this part online. If so, there should be various buttons at the bottom of each message while you're viewing it. That's how I do all of mine. As I finish each one, it

streamlining moderation-suggestion
Hi all
So you get an email that there's a message to be reviewed, click the link and see there's list, with a box to tick and who the sender is and what the subject is....but not the actual content.

The way I see it, the member list can be downloaded at any time. Once I've got it, I can do what I need to, then decide if I'll be doing repetitive things, say sorts, and can create macros to do them
