I think it would be helpful if instead of the Account page having a "Recent Bounces" tab, that was renamed "Delivery Errors". "Bounces" is only meaningful to people who understand the technology.

Muting is something a Subsciber can do to avoid being distracted by messages that do not interest them. Lock Topic is an Owner / Moderator function that disables the reply option and prevents further

Its called the Subject Tag in the group settings. Strange that her email post with a new subject to the group didnt get that appended to the subject line. I thought it was something to do

Since you are viewing the message IN YOUR GROUP, adding (your group) to the subject would be redundant. It's only on the emailed version to identify the message further at your email client for

Looks identical on the group web view, but for sure the normal footer that includes the "mute topic" and other stuff is not there. Also
the group name enclosed in the brackets IE : [ My Group ] thats

Have you checked the message in the online archive at groups.io to see if it is incomplete?
Most of the time the issue is at the final terminus as someone else said
