Yes, Group Owners should be able to control the default setting for their groups, and all options should be available for them to choose among.

An alpha text search seems to work. I have an album with files named "ThisParty01.jpg", "ThisParty02.jpg", etc. Search for "0" returns no

At least with Chrome, I believe that a status is displayed at the bottom of the window showing how much has been uploaded so far.

The reply-to overrides are only available to people who can otherwise edit a topic and/or edit the settings for a hashtag, ie. owners and moderators.

Right now the only way to override on topic creation is through the use of a hashtag.
If you think about it, the Reply To setting is really only a suggestion, except in the case of Reply Only To

Right. And some, as you know (even the god-awful Facebook!), provide even more granular controls (e.g., which types of individuals are allowed to PM you, etc.).

It appears that the email link goes to a page identical to the "send message" page, complete with bcc's for "me" and "all moderators." I'm not sure the bcc to "all moderators" should be there
