Re: Another ISP marking Groups.io messages as spam
Do we have any sort of "roster" of which ISPs are not playing nice? I know that anything under AOL (Netscape, Verizon, ?) are vulnerable, as well as now Virgin...
I try to keep up with my group folks

No. The history of what pages you've visited is kept by your browser.
The problem (now that I see it) on Groups.io is that the URLs in the Message list subject lines are different from those

Reading on my iPhone from the web is no problem. It's the mail app that's the problem. Gmail doesn't distinguish the replies either, except by the "barely legal" 1 character, which is more or less

Sarah,
"The mail program" - I'm not an iPhone user, is that referring to a built-in app?
One thing you could try is a different email app. I think the Gmail app is available for iPhone, and it works

Hi Mark, Shal & all,
Just one more point before I study the replies:
4. When messages are opened individually from the message view they are then shown as 'read' but if opened by using the navigation

The read marking is a function of your browser history both here and on Yahoo Groups. Having Groups.io keep track of read messages is on the To-Do list, but in the "Pie in the sky"

Read & Unread messages contrast and saved marking
Hi Mark & all,
1. Could there be a greater contrast between those messages read and unread on the website? Sometimes not easy to see, especially if reading outdoors.
2. Also, after restart all

Another ISP marking Groups.io messages as spam
I'm pasting here what I just sent to the person reporting this on one of the groups I am active on. I figure Mark may want/need to contact the ISP, too:
Please report this to Virgin Media and ask

I tested aspects of this tonight, and I still find it strange that when you ban an address that has not been a member, the "banned members" list shows the address as having "joined" on the date

Brian,
We don't have an option to convert individual message deliveries to specific people to HTML or plain text. We do have full featured and plain text digest options, however.

That's great!
But Mark, you need to get some bright young genius to shadow you and eventually become your backup.
Lacking that, you might have to apply to the Knowledge Lab at Stanford to have them
