For a public Wiki I can recommend PBworks. I've been using it to host YahooGroupedia for several years now and it has worked beautifully. It may be because the subject matter is so limited in

My preference is to block this feature for all email providers so that members of any GroupIO group get the mail they sent back as evidence there posts were sent to members by the list
