Of those I'd choose "groups eye oh" - "groups eee oh" sounds a little too Italiano to me, or too much like like the diminutive "oopsy-oh".

Hmm... I've been saying "Groups dot eye oh", which is sometimes a mouthful. With time (and in context) just "Groups" will work.
On the silly side, we could shorten it to "Grio" rhymes

Frances: In YahooGroups, messages sent to the owner address are emailed to the owner and moderators. They are not posts and do not appear anywhere on the web site. I believe that is as it should

I am a moderator only, not owner. I think that being able to contact the owner only is useful.
That being said, being able to contact a moderator might be useful too. In YahooGroups a member can send

That's a setting in your browser. You need to set it to whatever your
default email is. Or, change your PC's default email setting to your
webmail.

The group home page, at https://groups.io/org/groups.io/GROUPNAME is always viewable, even for people not logged in, and that contains the group description. The invite emails themselves

You can't reply to the whole digest email, but it looks like you have set it up so you can reply to a specific message in the digest. I clicked on the Reply to this Message. in the email and it works
