Mark,

I'm going to ask my members how they feel about this idea.

Hi all,

Tonight, I tried to delete my blind bowlers group.  I followed the steps, even typing the I understand in the box.
I was wondering if someone could please go in, and delete it for me?  I am blind, and use a screen reader, and I’m not sure if when I click on the button, if it isn’t working.
Thanks for any help.

Hi Mark,
Would it be possible for owners to get an email when a member changes (from-x/to-y) their subscription address?
Thanks,
Linda

Right. Right now it logs a change if a moderator changes a member's subscription. It does not currently log if a member makes a change. I was focused on making it easier to determine how a particular person became a subscriber, not how their subscription options have changed.

Thanks,

Does that include if they change their message delivery settings? Steph

Subject: [beta] New activity logging

Hi All,

I just pushed a bunch of new activity logging to the site. We're now logging when people change their names/usernames/aliases/email addresses. And there's a new tab when viewing a member's subscription, Activity History, that will display the activity history for just that person.

Because we weren't logging this information before now in the activity log, it will only appear for actions taken from now on. But it should be useful for things like, if you don't recognize an email address/person on your group, you'll be able to see all their actions.

Cheers,
Mark

Hi, I just recently did this as Chris invited me to the wrong
Address for doing membership work and talking to list members.
What I did, was I six scratch myself with the new email address,
Winning to the old email address, to that account, and there is a
box, that is the combo box. You need to look for the word that
says owner, and then click the save button. I will not log in as
you and do it as this services very well easy to work. If you
would like some assistance off list, I do not mind helping you via
Skype or via FaceTime. Let me know what you would like, and I
will be happy to assist.

Changes to the site the last two days:

  • BUGFIX: Hitting 'Insert Quoted Reply' keeps whatever has already been entered in the text box.
  • BUGFIX: With a repeating event, can modify a single event, and then view/change that single event again.
  • NEW: For bouncing members, you can now send a bounce probe email from the member subscription page.
  • NEW: Bouncing members are no longer displayed with normal members in the Members view. They are now given their own tab.
  • BUGFIX: You were not able to toggle whether a Trello integration was moderated or not.
  • CHANGE: Home screen now displays timestamp of most recent message.
  • CHANGE: Better error messages for messages that have no subjects and for when approving a subscription that no longer exists.
