I'm running Firefox 93.0 (64-bit) and Windows 10 and cannot enable notifications. When I click the 'Enable Notifications In This Browser' button it shows 'Windows - Firefox' in the list of notification subscriptions but either just a screen refresh or using the 'Send a Test Notification' button causes it to be removed.
