When uploading one or many files, the dialog box does a preview of the file content.  (I never did understand how this is useful.  If you are uploading the file, you already know what is in it.)
Some files (.odt for one) are slow to preview or may cause errors.  Files are uploaded even if the preview has an error.
Add a Preview checkbox to the dialog to enable/disable file preview.
