Set an event.  If you add a REMINDER or if you SEND NOTICE TO GROUP WHEN EVENT HAPPENS, the email that gets posted will have the time of the event in your local time zone, but if you check SEND INVITE TO GROUP the time in the invite message is in GMT time, not the local time (at least, that happens when NO reminder is set and "send when event happens" is NOT checked).
