Member Manual Suggestions - May 15, 2020
Using PDF
Maybe not necessary, but I think it might be clearer to add the following:
5.2
Note: Feed page, https://groups.io/feed
5.3
Note: Your Groups page, https://groups.io/groups
Note: Muted

Re: Posting rate limit
Interesting, I didn't know about this. Can you tell us what happens? Are the posts returned to sender explaining why? Just tossed in the bit bucket?
Thanks

Posting rate limit
There is a hard rate limit per account of not more than 40 message posts in 30 minutes. https://beta.groups.io/g/main/message/8326
I was unable to find this in the new help center.
FYI,
Bruce

Additional Member Manual Suggestions
Based on PDF dated May 15, 2020
I believe the information pages, currently numbered 9-85, should be renumbered 1-77, while leaving the previous numbers as i-viii. This would follow a more standard

Re: documentation of filesize limitation
Thank you. I notice that the filesize limits have also been boosted. Thanks very much for that as well.

Re: 2FA recovery inconsistent on site and in manual
The manual already says that support can help. It's the Two-Factor Authentication account settings page (https://groups.io/account?page=security) on the site that says otherwise.
